Note 1) Accidents have occurred following the installation of certain gas appliances by unqualified personnel!

[1] There are gas appliances that require qualifications stipulated by law or by the Company when being installed and connected.

Ask Toho Gas to install water heaters, bath tubs, built-in stoves, etc., without installing anything by yourself or asking an unqualified person to do so.

There have been cases where people have connected gas appliances and gas taps by themselves or had unqualified people do so, and the connections have been inadequate, the materials used were inappropriate or they connected mistakenly to a water pipe, causing accidents and large amounts of compensation.
