In addition to reforming or abolishing tasks and revising task flow, through utilization of digital technologies, we are promoting moving tasks online (web conferencing, internal business chat services, electronic payment, etc.) and automating tasks (adoption of robotic process automation [RPA], internal query-use chat bots, etc.).
